Reviewing THE Review…

A few weeks ago I reviewed Phoebe’s digital artefact ‘Building 29 Resources Team’. I have been following along with her project and updates that she has been posting via Twitter. I will be looking at the content created, relation/adaption from the pitch and future plans for the DA if applicable.

Phoebe has demonstrated clear evidence that she has made continuing progress on this project through this tweet, she provides an update demonstrating some of her content creation work for the main page of B29.

Showing continuous work and involvement in the project. The one thing that concerns me is the continuation of content and being able to continuously produce new content for the page. The work she has provided is evident in her field of work and I think she has set up a nice base of experience for the future.

Although Phoebe has an individual role in this project I think it is evident of the teamwork being put together by all the students working on the B29 Resources team is great and they are creating some really great content across all platforms.

In relation to my own digital artefact, I feel that the B29 team are working quite united in the team where in relation to my own there has to be more of a search for people to assist in the content we are needing to produce and being able to post consistently. I think the B29 team is definitely on the right track and has definitely provided some great content and clear evidence of continuing work for this project! I think it will be interesting to see what other content they are able to produce and to see how phoebe directs the social media pages in the following weeks.

I will be taking some inspiration from the way phoebe has gone about her project in the future direction and the social media management of The Digital Memo.

A few weeks ago I also reviewed Samantha’s digital artefact – @currentlysammy & a part of the creative services team (The Digital Memo).

I have been following along with her project and updates that she has been posting via Twitter. I will be looking at the content created, relation/adaption from the pitch and future plans for the DA if applicable.

Over these weeks of creation, Sam has posted weekly updates of her project –

Trying to utislise TikTok is a great way to continue in expanding her reach and content horizons. Each platform can be utilised in its individual way to be able to have unique content across each platform. I think it is really important that you acknowledge the areas you can improve in and here we see that Sam is wanting to be more consistent in posting and put extra energy into TikTok and not just her Instagram.

Sam evidently shows that she plans and posts to @currentlysammy regularly and this is recognised by clear growth and engagement on her posts. In regards to her contribution to The Digital Memo (creative services team), Sammy has provided needed information to the team managers to assist in setting up the profiles on the website and providing her service to others, although her main priority has been towards her Instagram and tiktok pages.

Samantha has also shown additional growth throughout her project by starting an addition and connecting account which provides interactive and audience-engaging content.

I think this is a great addition to her project and in the development of her digital artefact project as a whole and demonstrates a clear understanding of the future direction and planning of where she wants to take these accounts into the future.

She has shown continuous efforts of development and opportunities she has presented herself with through this project! This is something I really admire about the content she is producing and the recognition she is getting for the clear hard word she is putting in.
